Alma is a registered nurse, a mother of three, a grandmother of seven, and
has fifteen years experience working in the field of child abuse and
neglect. She has had extensive experience providing parenting workshops in
local schools, organizations, and daycare centers, including classes to
accomodate parents whose children are in foster care, parents who are
developmentally delayed, and parents who are incarcerated.

There is no legal age. If children were reported for lack of supervision the investigator would ask a series of questions to determine if their self-supervision was appropriate. If not charges of endangerment or lack of supervision could be pressed.
